Bolo de Maçã

Apple Cake

Ingredientes: ·          7 Ovos ·          200g de Açúcar ·          180g de Manteiga ·          300g de Farinha Branca de Neve ·          1 Colher de chá de Fermento ·          Raspa ½ de laranja ·          1 Maçã ·          Canela Preparação:    Mexe-se os 7 ovos juntamente com a farinha, o fermento, o açúcar e a manteiga. Corta-se aos pedacinhos a maçã para decorar o bolo e deita-se um pouco de canela. Leva-se ao forno, pré-aquecido a 180º, cerca de 20 minutos.   Para finalizar, bom apetite e sirva aos seus amigos. Ingredients: ·          Seven Eggs ·          Two hundred grams of sugar ·          One hundred and eighty grams of butter ·          Three hundred grams of flour ·          A teaspoon of yeast ·          ½ Orange zest ·          One Apple ·          Cinnamon Preparation:    We mix the seven eggs with the flour, the yeast, sugar and butter. We cut the apple into small pieces to decorate the cake and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.  Take it to the oven, preheated to 180º, about 20 minutes.   Finally, good appetite and serve to your friends. WELCOME CLASS 13 :-)

We have a new English class at CNO of Escola Secundária de Oliveira do Douro.

It started with eleven students, but for several reasons some of them are not coming anymore :-( . It's difficult to work and come to school in the evening.

Anyway, today I have asked my students a group work: they had to describe a famous person. The aim of this work is to use the vocabulary and the grammar structures already learnt. 

I will be waiting for the result of this work here.
